By accessing and using the GuildSomm site ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service between you and GuildSomm, Inc. ("GuildSomm," "us," or "we"). If you do not agree to abide by these terms, do not use this service.

GuildSomm Content

GuildSomm's content is intended for personal, educational, noncommercial use. All materials published on GuildSomm.com are protected by copyright, and owned, controlled, or licensed by GuildSomm.

We will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy or availability of any of the information transmitted or published on GuildSomm.com, nor will we be responsible or liable for any error or omission in that information.

For GuildSomm Members

Registration & Security
Through the membership registration process, you will create login credentials and provide registration information, which must be accurate and up-to-date.

Each registration is for a single user. You are not allowed to share login credentials or give your credentials to anyone else. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your access if you do so.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Please contact info@guildsomm.com about any known or suspected breach of security.

You must be of legal drinking age in your country to register as a GuildSomm member.

User Generated Content
You will not publish any obscene, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise illegal material on GuildSomm.

You agree that you will not use offensive language, verbally abuse or threaten other members, or purposefully disrupt discussions.

You acknowledge that any submissions (including comments, posts, photographs, etc.) you make to GuildSomm may be edited, removed, and/or shared.

You are solely responsible for your submissions. However, GuildSomm reserves the right to edit, delete, or move submissions that we believe to be abusive, offensive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or in violation of any party's intellectual property.

Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@guildsomm.com.

If, for any reason, we believe you have not complied with these terms, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel your membership immediately and without prior notice. This may result in the forfeiture of all information associated with your account. All relevant provisions of this agreement shall survive termination of your account.

Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of California.

GuildSomm reserves the right to update these terms. All updates will be posted on this page.
