The Introduction to White Grapes e-learning course is now available! Part of our Wine 101 e-learning series, this course provides an interactive overview of six white grapes every wine professional should know.
With so many restaurants reopening and shifting their programs, we wanted to provide a resource for those new to the industry or looking for an accessible way to train staff. Future courses in the series will cover key red wine grapes and how to read wine labels.
