Andrea Morris is the beverage director at Essential by Christophe. Before this role, she managed the beverage programs at Union Square Cafe, Intersect, and Nix. Jonathan Eichholz is currently an educator at GuildSomm, where he oversees the Wine Law Compendium, contributes to content, and teaches classes. Previously, he was a sommelier at The Modern.

Andrea Morris is the beverage director at Essential by Christophe, Christophe Bellanca's debut restaurant on the Upper West Side. She has worked at a range of acclaimed New York City restaurants, including Union Square Cafe, Nix, Lexus, and Jean-Georges. She was recognized as one of Wine Enthusiast's 40 under 40 Tastemakers for her work at Intersect. Andrea passed the Court of Master Sommeliers Advanced Sommelier exam at the age of 24.

Jonathan is currently an educator at GuildSomm, where he manages the Wine Law Compendium, fact-checks new content, contributes to new materials, and teaches seminars. He worked as a sommelier at The Modern in New York City from 2019 to 2022 and was awarded Best Young Sommelier USA by Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in 2019. He is an Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Cicerone.
