Chuck Nix is a sommelier and service manager at BRAVO! Italian Restaurant in Jackson, Mississippi. He is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas, and a Certified Specialist of Wine with The Society of Wine Educators. Chuck started his career in the hospitality nearly 20 years ago and has focused on wine for the past decade.

Lindsay Thomas is the director of wine and beverage at River Oaks Country Club in Houston, Texas. She is an Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas. Lindsay has worked in restaurants in New York City, Washington DC, and Houston. Prior to her current role, she worked at Camerata at Paulie's and Pappas Bros. Steakhouse, both in Houston.
