Paz Levinson is the head executive sommelier for Groupe PIC, which has restaurants France, Switzerland, and the UK. She was the first Argentine to become an Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and has received many awards including Best Sommelier of Argentina and Best Sommelier of the Americas. She lives in France.
